Using SiteFinity 6.1

Suddenly getting an Error:0 message when trying to save a draft of a page or publish.  Do not get this error when saving a template.  Tried creating a new page from scratch and not using a template - same error when trying to save.  Happens if we make changes or don't make any changes at all and hit 'Publish'.  Have the proper permissions and happens under any user name.  Any ideas???

Hi Belinda,

Can you please answer the following:

  1. Have you moved the solution from one environment to another?
  2. Have you changed the name of your Domain/Sub Domain?
  3. Does this happen with pages only or with other content as well?
  4. Does it happen to all pages( including newly created ones) or to a selection of pages?

Ivan,
1. This error is coming up on our staging environment.  On the production side, it works fine.  Nothing has been moved. (that I am aware of)
2.  We haven't changed the name,
3.  It seems to be only happening with pages.
4.  Happens with all pages whether they are newly created or existing.  I made changes to a template, and saved fine with no error message.  Also was able to upload images with no problems.

Thanks!

Hello Belinda,

This means that the Publishin Service is looking for the wrong path. You need to go to Administration->Settings->Advanced->System->ServicesPaths->WorkflowBaseUrl and add the appropriate value according to your domain, or leave no value if you prefer - both will eliminate the issue.
