Hi, 

           We are using Sitefinity version 4.4.2117.0. We are facing a problem on local machine when we run the application. It does not run, instead gives the message "The System is restarting... Please wait a few seconds. You will be redirected automatically." on white screen. We have been waiting for almost 7 hours but no result yet.
           Following are the screenshot and Sitefinity Error Log.

Please suggest a solution.

Thank you for contacting Sitefinity Support.

This seems not to be related with Sitefinity as this message usually happens when the project is hosted using Cassini server which could be used just for testing purposes.

In order to have best performance, you will need to host your project on IIS. Here is our documentation regarding hosting a project on IIS:

When hosting on IIS, please make sure you provide the necessary folder and database permission as described here:
