When Kendo UI chart is embedded in an IFrame control , Tooltilp does not work

I created a 'Kendo UI Bar chart' demo in VS2012 with MVC4. I found that tooltip functionality worked fine.But when the same Kendo UI chart is embedded in an HTML Iframe control and hovered over a series in a bar chart or any other chart, tooltip does not work at all.

My question is Does Kendo UI provide any solution so that Tooltip will work when we hover over bar chart series which is embedded in an iframe element?
