How to put a article list on the same page of an article det

We got a article detail page which shows one article. Our customer prefers to have an list of articles at the right of this article. When trying this, the following occurs. When in editing mode of the page it shows a list of articles, but when viewing the article detail page in live mode, it doesn't show a list but again the detail of the article.

Does somebody know how a list of articles can be shown at the same page as an article detail?

Hi Daniel,

You may achieve this by going into the Advanced mode in the article list widget and set ContentViewDisplayMode to “Master” as shown in this image. After that (in the same widget ) go to ControlDefinition > Views > ArticleFrontendList and set AllowUrlQueries to “False” as seen in this short video.
Then on the article detail widget and set the ContentViewDisplayMode to “Detail”.
