Thunder not available during sitefinity installation

When attempting to install Sitefinity, Thunder is not an available as an option because it says "Requires Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 or 2012."

1.3.0.0 New features: Added support for Visual Studio 2013.

The obvious workaround is to manually install Thunder but it would be nice to download it with the normal installer.  

Installer version: 7.0 5100
