Event ID 1309 - Unhandled exception

All,

I am trying to solve a problem with the below error. When we started getting the exception, we created a redirect that directed the faulting url to the correct office365 autodiscover servers. This still did not resolve the issue.

I have copied the error below.

The description for Event ID 1309 from source ASP.NET 4.0.30319.0 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

The following information was included with the event:

3005

Hello Trey,

According to the error message and as we have also discussed in the support ticket you have opened it appears that there is an issue with the authentication but unfortunately the information is not sufficient to say what is the exact reason for it.

If you would like you can share the information with the community once we manage to resolve the issue.

Regards,
Sabrie Nedzhip
