7.1 Rating not localizing

I have a problem where the rating is translated into different languages on the backend label section but the forntent will allways display english.

The captcha has the same problem wondering if the rating has it as well. 

To reproduce

Create Site

Two languages EN/DE for example

Import German language pack (labes are translated)

Create a page with blog post and rating in German. Rating will be in english.
