Change Library URL on Documents and Files Library

Using SiteFInity 5.4: 

I created a  "Documents and Files" library and now want to change the URL of the library. When attempting to change the URL from the Actions > Change library URL option for the library, I am receiving the following dialog error in Chrome:

"There was a problem with the service call"

and the following script error IE:

Any ideas why I am encountering this issue?

Has anyone encountered this same issue? None of the document libraries can have the URL changed.

I have test your scenario on version 5.4 with out any issues.

I would recommend you to open a support ticket in order to inspect the issue more detailed on your project.
