Video Settings - 403 Error - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

Hi,

We have the following problem: If you go to Sitefinity back-end and try to edit a video we get a 403 error pop up. If I close the error box and try again I get a blank page and if I then click on the browsers back button I go back top the video page (as expected) and then when I try and edit the video for the third time it works OK.

Another problem is when clicking the video it does not play, however, there is a sound stream.

Any help would be much appreciated.
