Hi,

We have the following error described by our client: 

If you go to the Sitefinity back-end and try and edit a video I get a 403 error pop up. If I close the error box and try again I get a blank page and if I then click on the browsers back button I go back top the video page (as expected) and then when I try and edit the video for the third time it works OK.

Another problem is that one of our video files file plays sound only without video.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Igor,

I would like to kindly suggest you to open a support ticket so we can provide you credentials to upload your project and backup of the database to our FTP server in order to investigate this issue on your project.
