I am trying to upgrade to the latest version of sitefinity before we begin major development of the site.  The upgrade went well.  Everything compiled and the site comes up in the browser.  However when I go to log in it is asking for the site to be activated.  Pointing the activate to the license file that was working before doesn't work.  Using Project Manager I did the show license info action.  This tells me that the license file is corrupted.

Hi Geoffrey,

When a project is upgraded you have to apply the correct license for the version that you are using. This means that you have to apply a valid license for version 7.3. If the previous version was 7.1 the license file located in ~\App_Data\Sitefinity folded is valid only for the 7.1.
