Note to Multi-site team:

I have a site (A) in multisite with 2 languages EN, FR-CA

I have another site (B) in same instance, with 2 languages EN, ES

I am duplicating pages from site (A) and selecting to be created in site (B), and selecting "English"

I end up with new pages in site (B), Title and Properties are fine in EN, but widget properties are in FR-CA.
