Related Media Content Field Images Disappear

Hello Everyone,

 I'm facing a weird issue with Related Media Content Field. I have a module which has a field of Related Media Content. Whenever i add a new item and add images in it and publish it works fine. but when i open that item for edit (for the first time) all images in the field disappear. I have to add images again in the field and republish the item and everything works fine.

Everything was working fine. I'm using Sitefinity 7.3

 Anyone with anything on this??
