Adding Custom Fields -- Access to the path .... is denied

When I tried adding custom fields to News, I get the message: Access to the path 'D:\WebSites\AWCSF\App_Data\Sitefinity\Configuration\NewsConfig.contentViewControls.NewsBackend.views.NewsBackendEdit.config' is denied. 

We're running Sitefinity 8.0, is there any solution to fix this? 

Check if the file is set to read-only.  This is normally what I do.

Have in mind that your identity should have read and write permissions over the App_Data folder.
