TranslateSyncedPage code sniped not working on Sitefinity 6.

I am trying to create new language for page which is EN and using code sniped from examples on docs.sitefinity.com/for-developers-add-a-translation-to-a-localized-page but it doesn't do the job. Is it some changes which is not working for sitefinity below 6.3 ?
