Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Sitefinity.Resources.SitefinityDefault.aspx'

I was just working with my Sitefinity site when I suddenly received the following error message:

"Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Sitefinity.Resources.SitefinityDefault.aspx' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

The only thing I could think of doing was to restart my website and that seems to have resolved the problem.

My current hosting site has 512 MB of memory allocated.

Please let me know if there is a better way to resolve this problem than restarting my entire website.
