Error run SitefinityTrialSetup_8_2_5900 new project under IIS (win7 x64)

Hi,
I'm evaluating Sitefinity for my customer for the past few days and I'm stuck while create new sitefinity project to run under IIS.

I'm so sorry that I'm not familiar with IIS & VS so I do not have a clue how to fix problem with web.config

 

how do I fix this kind of error ?
