Updating message template not picked up by email campaign

When I update a message template being used by an email campaign, the campaign does not pick up the changes to the template. Instead is seems to default the new issue to the last one created. How can I get the template changes picked up without having to create a new campaing?

Hi,

This seems to be a known issue for which a bug has been logged already. Here is a link to the feedback portal where you can track the progress of the bug and vote to increase its priority.
