Inline editing only work for administrators

According to the documentation docs.sitefinity.com/inline-editing,  any user with backend access and permission to modify and publish the pages should be able to use inline editing.  The problem is it only works if you are an administrator. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a backend user and assign it every role except administrator

2. Log out of Sitefinity

3. Log in with the new user account.

4. Navigate to a front end page

5.  There should be an inline edit icon.

Hello,

In order to manage the permissions of the In-line editing tool and to set the roles or user who can use it, please log into Sitefinity with a user in Administrators role and then go to Administration -> Permissions section in the backend. Under the Global Permissions section find Use in-line editing and change the permissions as desired. Please check this article for more details on how to change the permissions in this section:
