Small CSS adjustment for dropdowns

Forgive me if opening new thread is wrong, I just wanted to share this small error that I found
In forms create page, I edited one form(playing in the sandbox) and while goofing around the dropdown I saw that when the scroller is shown the (-)(aka remove sign) of the current options is displayed below the option which makes it look bad and not so easy to track for something so simple :)
Also if someone knows any contact to report these things I'd be really grateful if I could receive it so I don't spam with unnecessary threads
