Hi there,

I'm using Sitefinity 8.2 to develop some websites for my customers and got the same caching issue for all sites.

When I have an update via back-end, but nothing reflected to the front-end even tried to publish/update the change many times. I have to wait a few secs and try to clear the browser's cache a few times, then the issue solved.

I have been worked with many CMS and the Sitefinity's cache make me confused. Does anyone experienced can give me some suggestions? Thanks in advance.

P/S: I got the same issue when working with Sitefinity 7.2

Hi Chien,

Do you have set-up load balancing as the issue seems related to this article:
