Submitting Form doesn't send Email
I created a form, added a submit button, and entered and email address for the responses to go to once the user submits the form. The responses are not being sent to the email address. Any suggestions or ideas?

What should I be looking for in the SMTP settings? We are at a loss as to what is wrong and this is getting very frustrating. Other forms work and when I test this form in our Staging site it works.
