Sitefinity Version: 8.1

I created a module in module builder. When I go to "Content -> Module that I created" and create a new data entry, I get the following message: "You are trying to access item that no longer exists. The most probable reason is that it has been deleted by another user."

This issue also happens when I try to create a new Page as well!

Does anyone have any suggestions on what the issue could be?

We have the same issue. We are having problems with a Module and now we can't create pages too.
