Error accessing Content/Forms in admin panel

I am getting an alert error when trying to access the forms module under content. The error reads "There is no subscription list with id ff0000da-f5f3-605f-5a7b46fc50a4 or it is inaccessbile". I can't find any information in the documentation or on the internet about this error. Please help.
