Site Sync, Tags

Site Sync is moving our Dynamic Modules fine, but tags we have on those modules are not moving to the Sync site.  in sync setting they don't even show as new content?  Sitefinity 9.2  ,  Navigating to Tags shows all the tags on the main site.  Out of the box install
