Kendo UI Intellisense

I'm just curious at the moment, but since Sitefinity includes Kendo UI by default and provides the bundle through NuGet is there any reason why it doesn't include the intellisense file?  docs.telerik.com/.../vs-intellisense is posted as available, but it isn't part of the NuGet distribution.  Is there any other way to get it other than a support ticket?
