I was able to enable SVG support in Sitefinity 10. I am able to upload an SVG to an image library, as well as consume an image in a content block successfully.

The issue is that when trying to select an SVG file using the Related Media selector (default one built into Sitefinity), it pops up an error message alert saying that it isn't a supported file type.
