Not able to see folder names in Browse Other Folders

Hi there,

I'm using Sitefinity 8.1 and I'm trying to create a template using my own master file. However, when I try to click on Browse Other Folders, I can't see the folders and files starting from second level. 

I attached a screenshot of how it looks like. It would be great if anyone could help me with this.
