In the past, we were used the Fenetre form widget to drop forms onto our Sitefinity pages. (https://github.com/Fenetre/Sitefinity-Form-Extension-Widget ). We used this because it allowed us to use the same form on different pages while adjusting the email address to which form notifications where delivered - you set that on the widget level, not the form level. Since the widget hasn't been updated in years, however, I'm now looking for a way to dynamically change the notification email address on a page.
Why? I'm making pages for 30+ employees. This is their brochure page. Each page will have a contact form (MVC) on it with the same fields. I don't want to make 30+ copies of the form and would, instead, like to drop the same form on each page but then change the delivery address either via the form widget or via a dynamic hidden field on the page.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
