IE 10 not showing inline editing "edit" buttons - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

I have a user that is using IE10, he is unable to see the edit buttons when the inline editing tools is turned on. I have a few users who have no issues, any tips would be appreciated

Hello Emily,

It seems the user doesn`t have enough permissions to edit the content. You can test this by granting admin permissions to the problematic user and see if the buttons appear. If this doesn`t help, you can open a support ticket where you can provide the user credentials along with an admin user to further investigate the problem.
