Getting Thunder working! Upload everything is helping :-)

Well I admit it I am a dumb user.

After looking through the error log files I noticed 

Message : The service '/Sitefinity/Public/Services/Thunder/ThunderService.svc' does not exist.

And realized that I only uploaded the two thunder .dlls in the bin but did not upload the

~/Sitefinity/Public/Services/Thunder folder which contains the ThunderService.svc 

This really made Thunder work. Maybe I am not the only one missig this
