Visual Studio 2013 Telerik Menu not working - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

I installed the latest version of Thunder with Sitefinity 8.0 support. I am able to interact with the project through the Solution Explorer and add Sitefinity items, however the Telerik menu bar appears to be inoperative. None of the menu items actually does anything.

I have tired removing and reinstalling; removing cleaning the registery of Thunder references and reinstalling. No change in function.

Using Visual Studio 2013, Update 4; Framework Version 4.5.51641; Windows 8.1 Professional.

New Sitefinity 8.0 project (currently empty).

Applying the latest update appeared to have fixed the issue.
