Thunder Test Connection Failure - VS2015 - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

I have created a new Project using Sitefinity Project Manager (9.0.6010.0) and opened it in VS-2015. Installed Thunder (1.6.0.0) then thunder module to project location and tried for a test connection but fails. I tried every recommendation available over other threads but nothing helped.

Hello,

The reason it is likely not working is that the site is being launched from the project manager. The project manager ships with a basic built in server, but that server doesn't support a number of things and is mainly meant to help with the basics of getting a site setup quickly.

At this point, for things to interface with Thunder properly, the site needs to be set up in IIS.
