Cannot Connect Thunder to production url

Hello,

i am using Sitefinity version 8.2 and the Thunder version 1.8.0.0.

I can connect thunder to my localhost url and everything works fine. But I cannot connect to produciotn url. it says "Connection Failed". I followed the documentation and also read though other forums. nothing helped.

I had created sepearate login credentials for thunder to connect. But no luck.
