Software Environment Problem

How can I solve these problems?

Q1. In Project Manager,when I click the "Edit in Visual Studio" option, popup this error (View Attachment 1)

Q2. I Installed Sitefinity Thunder 10 , but can't add any new item in my new project
(I open my project by"1.FILE --> 2. Web Site..."---->View Attachment 2 , 3 )
