Change of style in the main menu

Hello everybody, I wonder if it is possible to change the style of my main menu, for what is attached. Waiting in the wings.

I suggest you checking this demo. It shows how the RadMenu can be used to create large structured menus with Templates, in which you can define the layout of the menu items.
