Styles lost when migrating to IIS from production

Hi,

I've developed my Sitefinity site (4.1.1501.0) on my local machine using the Project Manager etc and have migrated it to a server running IIS 6. When browsing the site everything works, but its lost all its styling. Looking in the source it cannot resolve the path to the css files and other theme files that reside in the App_Themes folder as per the Sitefinity documentation. The theme is set correctly in the backend admin area and it runs fine on my local machine if run through project manager. Permissions seem to be correct as they are the same as the other 4.1 site I'm running. I've even tried manually adding the css file link via the control found in the page content control box and it still cannot find that.

Any ideas guys?
