Designing and Skinning for 4.x

Hi guys, this is for those who may be wondering how you may go about designing and skinning your older versions of SF, in ancient times of SF, there was this Webinar dedicated to this argument, and I can truly say that it was one of the most informative bits of info, I've ever used to date. I have been able to design web sites in half the time due to the fact that I don't have much on hand. Sooo, my desire would to see another such video for the newest version (4.xx) link to the old link: www.sitefinity.com/.../designing-skinning-with-sitefinity.aspx
