Widget Template insert field not producing correct markup?

I am using the Template editor on the Registration Widget, and adding custom fields from a custom profile I created.

It looks like it is using the wrong control prefix ("sitefinity" instead of "sf"), wrong control type ("ProductInterest" is a Multiple Choices type , not Text), missing the Title and Required properties, and also defaulting to DisplayMode="Read" instead of "Write".  Are these bugs or intended?

We are aware of this issue. I have consulted with our team working on this feature and it will be fixed for all related fields in our upcoming version.
