table rollovers

Hi, I am trying to get the tables to show rollovers when you go over the rows. I've looked at some of the posts, but can't quite figure how to do it. I did find code for doing simple rollovers using just CSS, but it's not highlighting the row.  Do I need to modify Sitefinity's tables? If I need to modify the main css, where is that located?  Thanks
