Remove Form Fields

How do I remove fields from the form on a blog?

The blog is set up to have comments. To post comments , users enter information and captcha. We want to remove some of those fields. 

This is my first time using sitefinity. I am taking over for the previous person who created the site. I also think this is an old version judging by the posts I've read. Tried to post in the "older" section, but couldn't.

Can you please specify the version used as per that article:

In the current version the comment look like on that sample: screenshot for unauthenticated and authenticated user. In case of older (3.x version) you can consider migration to the latest one.
