Change Header in pending orders email.

Hello, I am building a site and using the sitefinity ecommerce in it. We have an email go out every hour about the pending orders my client has and that works great. The issue I am having is finding that email template so that I can alter it to have the text, look, and feel the client desires. I do not have to do much, so I would prefer to alter the existing template, rather than make a new one. Does anyone know what template the pending orders email is using, and where I can find it?
