.CSS file loading too many times (x6)

I have a css file that has my responsive styles in it and it is getting loaded 6 times. I would like to remove the redundant files loading. I thought it would be in Design > Responsive & Mobile design so I recreated the one that was there and now it only loads 3 the file 3 times. Where else can I look to remove the others?

I attached the source code view and highlighted the file in the attachment.
