Navigation - How to change to a RadMenu

Hello,

I'm just beginning and trying to add some basic navigation to my page template.  I dragged a Navigation widget on to the template.  It just displays as a dropdown box. 

What I'm hoping to do is make the navigation widget into a toolbar like:

demos.telerik.com/.../index

and have it auto create the links and navigation from the sitemap.

Are there any examples on how to do this?  Or does anyone know how to turn my navigation widget into a toolbar?
