Thunder Website Template does not generate default css and i

Hi, 

I am following the basic training online and at the lesson about Template and Layout. The instructor showed how Thunder Website Template works. In the video, there are several default css were automatically generated such as

ThunderTemplate/Global/Layout.css and Reset.css

ThunderTemplate/Images/some default images 

ThunderTemplate/Styles/fancybox.css icons.css  nav.widget.css

I followed the exact steps and none of these css or images were generated as in the video. I wonder why ?
