Feature Request: Restrict to Album

Can you enhance the Media field config UI such that we can restrict Uploads\selection to a specific album?

...pretty sure this doesn't exist, right?

We have this - it's called permissions. You can break inheritance oof albums from the root permissions and assign different permissions for each album. Then users will be able to see only albums for which they have permissions.

Scenario:
- Rotator Module
- User creates a Rotator item, and then clicks to link\upload an image
- I want their images to be in the "Rotator album"...they have access to 42 albums....odds it gets uploaded into rotator, OR they even PICK from the rotator?...about 60-70%.

I want a definitive way to say X picker\field\column links to Y Album.... "Put your stuff in here"

In theory on a super simple site, sure...but in reality on an Ent site, that's a maintenance nightmare.

One of *MANY* Editors goes in and creates a new album, now when you go create a new something you get 2 albums right?...so every new one needs to constantly be changed just to enforce that album link.  Cant set Admin only on the root level...or any other sort of generic editor role because likely this person creating this content would have that too.

Surely you can see where it would get complex with many libraries and many custom types, no?

...FYI, do you know the forum replyto emails are 404ing?
