Delete child type - Sitefinity - Front- & Back-End Development

...can we not delete child types?

I had a user just go in and make a terrible one, and it needs to be removed, but I can't seem to see any way to kill it?

   - Presenters
   - Contacts
    - 2014 Staff Stuff <-- MUST DIE

As far as I know, this is not possible, based on this forum thread I dug up:

However, I will have one of our support officers provide a more thorough answer next week.

Hello guys,

Sitefinity does not support deletion of content types created through the module builder and I am afraid the only solution here would be to recreate the module from scratch. We have a PITS issue opened for this functionality.
