How to insert bulk data to Sitefinity Custom Module

Hi,

I have created Stores custom module and data has already inserted in it. Later, as per the new requirement we have created 5 sub modules under Store module.  I need to add some dummy data in sub modules.  

Please let me know the best approach for this issue
