After Create a Module in  ModuleBuilder ,I can not active the Module. And  Throwing an Exception:

There has been an error activating module! 

I can inactive a Module  already exist and active it,but I can not delete it.Also Throwing an Exception:

There has been an error activating module! 

What is the problem?
