I thought I've seen somewhere that the Beta only runs on localhost. Is that true - there is no way to test running under IIS? Will the RC Support this or only a full license?

Also, ascx controls created for 3.7 will work under 4.0 or will they need to be completely rewritten?

Hi Shawn,

There is no problem to test BETA and BETA2 on an IIS server. Whether the controls written for 3.x will work on 4.0, depends on the way that these controls have been implemented and which methods they use, but most probably you will have to tweak them.
